JAY EE-GO SMITH Jay Ee-Go Smith Albert Halls Happy Mondays Artwork (Stunning 2014 UK artwork created by acclaimed Manchester artist Jay Ee-Go Smith which was created for the Happy Mondays appearance at the second annual Factory/FAC51 event atthe Albert Halls. This one-of-a-kind item includes a 33" x 30" framed picture which is signed by Shaun Ryder, Bez, Gaz Whelan, Paul Ryder, Rowetta, Paul Davis and Mark Day as well as a pair of Bez's very own maraccas, hand-painted by the artist.

Rare - U2 Japanese Promo Poster

U2 Achtung Baby (Rare 1991 Japanese Island promotional only 28½" x 20" full colour poster made by Polystar / Island Japan, issued to promote the album release and featuring a great picture of the band by Anton Corbijn with band logo to top left, album title to bottom right & companylogo in the bottom left corner. This poster was never commercially available & was obtained from a Japanese record company executive. The poster itself is in superb condition & free from any rips or tears -Would look great framed and displayed!)

BBC Television Centre Memorabilia Sale Raises Thousands

The "flesh tone" test card sold for £1,250

The final wave of BBC memorabilia from Television Centre has been sold off at auction, raising thousands of pounds.

Studio signs and backdrops were included in the auction, alongside large items such as industrial washing machines and a cherry-picker lorry.

Television Centre was built in 1960. The BBC sold it to developers in 2012 and moved operations to other buildings.

Among the lots sold were a vintage microphone and a test card.

Items from Studio 8 - which housed classic shows such as Fawlty Towers and Monty Python's Flying Circus - attracted a number of bids, with one clock fetching £780, and the "Studio 8" sign going for £478.

A collection of black-and-white portraits taken by David Bailey of stars including Michael Caine and Mick Jagger ended with bidding reaching £1,264.

Amazing - Michael Jackson Vinyl Box set

MICHAEL JACKSON Michael Jackson & The Jackson 5 (Rare limited edition 71-track 7-LP vinyl box set, compiling the Jackson 5 albums Joyful Jukebox, Lookin' Through The Windows, Goin' Back To Indiana and Get It Togeher, plus The Best Of Michael Jackson, Got To Be There and 14 Greatest Hits picture disc with sparkly gold & white glove and bonus poster. Each album is in its original picture sleeve with deletions saw cuts, all housed in a printed yellow card carrying box measuring 13" x13"x 3". The box shows veryminimal storage wear, with the only noticable defect being a small 1" inch split to the opening edge. That aside the box has done its job protecting the sleeves within which have all remained in excellent condition. The records themselves however appear to be unplayed, with the odd scuff mark from being taken in and out of the inner sleeves remain in near 'as new' condition. A complete, and hard to find set of the golden era of Michael Jackson & The Jackson 5 that should not be missed out on as we hardly ever see this item)

Great Dave Brubeck Quartet LP

THE DAVE BRUBECK QUARTET Dave Digs Disney 1959 UK  6-track mono LP which Brubeck recorded with his group after  an inspired family trip to Disneyland, front laminated pasted  picture sleeve. The flimsy sleeve shows just a little shelfwear,  mostly to the unlaminated back & the vinyl remains near 'as  new' & looks barely played TFL5017

Original Creedence Clearwater Revival LP

CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL Green River 1969 UK first  issue 9-track vinyl LP on the blue Liberty label, textured  picture sleeve with a pinched spine. The sleeve on this copy  has just minor wear evident with a few light edge scufs but no  splits or rips. The vinyl has only a few noticeable surface  marks but displays no major deterioration in sound quality.  Overall excellent and a very respectable copy LBS83273

Fantastic Cannonball Adderley Quintet LP

CANNONBALL ADDERLEY QUINTET At The Lighthouse 1960 UK  6-track mono LP on the white 'reel & mic' Riverside label with  blue text, featuring brother Nat on cornet, Victor Feldman on  piano, Sam Jones on bass & Louis Hayes on drums, front  laminated flipback picture sleeve. The sleeve shows just a  little light shelfwear, with minor discolouration to the  unlaminated back, with the vinyl remaining in excellent  condition with just a couple of light surface scuffs to show for  nearly fifty five years RLP344

Original Beatles Box Set

THE BEATLES Let It Be Incredibly rare original 1970 UK  Apple 12-track vinyl LP box set, including the 160-page  softback photo book 'The Beatles Get Back' which was never  sold separately - packed with colour and black & white photos  from the film, with transcripts of dialogue. The slipcase box,  being very flimsy, has some weakening at the edges & the  inner tray has seen better days, as per usual. Overall it is  graded as VG. The book is decent & the laminated sleeve (red  Apple logoon back) shows just edge & ring wear but nothing  too concerning. The vinyl is super clean & in near mint  condition. A great chance to own this sought after original  Beatles rarity at a fair price! PXS1

Pink Floyd's "Super all action official music programme for boys & girls!"

We've this extremely rare original 1974 UK 16-page comic book style tour programme with a superb colour cover. Apart from a small amount of the front cover missing in the bottom right corner & a small split in the top left, this copy is in excellent condition with just a few signs of age, as you would expect from an item of this age. Amazingly this copy also comes with an original complete ticket, not just a stub, for the show on the 4th November 1974 at Usher Hall in Edinburgh.

This would make a magnificent addition to any self respecting Pink Floyd collection and a fabulous Christmas present, don't you think? What's on your wish list?

Original Sex Pistols Poster

SEX PISTOLS Anarchy In The UK Tour Super rare original UK  concert poster for their show at The 400 Ballroom in Torquay on  Wednesday 22nd December 1976, part of the ill-fated Anarchy tour.  Only three of the shows actually took place; this one was cancelled as  a result of the bands profanity-laden television appearance. This  would have been for the last show on the tour and due to it being  canceled the group instead secured a second date at the Woods  Centre in Plymouth. The poster measures 19½" x 29" in size and has  the classic band name logo and tour name across the top, along with  the supporting acts, including The Clash, Damned and Johnny & The  Heartbreakers. This copy was acquired from the personal collection of  Martin Goldsmith, responsible for licensing & merchandising for some  of the biggest organisations and for many of the worlds iconic  events)
