US set of 8 Rolling Stone magazines, each featuring a cover story and feature within on 'The Boss'! The issues are dated December 6th 1984, February 28th 1985, February 27th 1986, February 26th 1987, May 5th 1988, November 15th 1990, August 6th 1992 and most recently August 22nd 2002. The first issue features a 5-page interview with Bruce half-way through the Born In The USA tour; the February issues see Bruce atop the readers' poll as Artist Of The Year; the May issue features the cover story of 'Bruce On The Road'; the November issue a 'Voice Of The Decade' article; whilst the other editions feature key interviews and several articles on the man, his music and his fans and much more! Each issue has been kept in superb pristine condition and together make for an exciting set for any Bruce colelctor and a special, unique addition to any fan's collection!
Rare 1961 US 7-track LP on the 'West 63rd' Blue Note label, with 'RVG' and 'ear' etchings in the run-out, also featuring Hank Mobley, Kenny Drew, Paul Chambers & Philly Joe Jones, front laminated pasted picture sleeve. The sleeve shows just a little discolourationin places on the back with minimal edge scuffing & is otherwise in great condition. The vinyl is astonishing with just a few light surface marks visible upon close inspection - A wonderful copy of this very rare Blue Note original!
