Here's a few jazz collectables you don't see very often!
First up we have this lovely souvenir programme for Miles Davis' first ever British tour, featuring Sonny Stitt, Winton Kelly, Jimmie Cobb & Paul Chambers, supported by The Jazz Five from Britain. Great cover designs on these.
The Thelonious Monk programme is for his '65 UK tour and even includes an original ticket stub for the Royal Festival Hall concert on March 13th.
The British Jazz Expo '67 Festival programme hosted many star names that year.
The Brubeck brochure was for one gig that took place at the old Methodist Central Hall (now the Brook Theatre) in Chatham, Kent in October 1966 (you don't get much jazz round there these days!), with the bonus addition of glowing reviews taken from newspaper clippings of the sold out concert.
